Consumer Alert: Nearly 60 Products—Including Home Décor, Off-Road Vehicles, and Children’s Clothing—Top October Recall List  

Attorney General Todd Rokita is alerting Hoosiers that off-road vehicles, furniture, children’s clothing, and dozens more items are among the nearly 60  products recalled nationwide in October for fire, injury, and entrapment risks.

“Every month, dangerous products cause injury or property damage when consumers are unaware of potential hazards,” Rokita said. “My office is committed to keeping Hoosiers informed and protected. Acting quickly on a recall is crucial to preventing  harm to you or your loved ones.”

Hoosiers  who own these products should stop using them immediately and follow the manufacturer’s recall instructions.

The  Consumer Product Safety Commission reports the following products were recalled in October:

Home Furniture & Home Appliances:  

These products present fire, burn or laceration risks in household settings.  

  • Ambiano Electric Pressure Cookers : Poses risk of burn injuries;  pressure-cooker lid can be opened before sufficient steam pressure has been released, causing hot contents to escape; sold  at ALDI retail stores nationwide. 
  • Ana Dining Chair:  Fall hazard  due to legs breaking; sold at  Crate & Barrel stores and on Crateandbarrel.com 
  • AOWOS Dressers:  The recalled dressers are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall, posing tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in serious injuries or death to children; the dressers violate the mandatory standard required by the  STURDY Act ; sold on  Walmart.com. 
  • Avenco and Novilla Mattresses:  Risk of  serious injury or death from fire; sold on  Amazon.com, Avencohome.com and Novilla.net 
  • Bealife 5-Drawer Dressers : Injuries or death to children due to tip-over and entrapment hazards , also violate by  STURDY Act; sold on Amazon.com. 
  • Byron Emperador Tables and Byron Reeded Stone Tables and Desks:  This product poses a risk of injury; tables and desk can collapse when a gap forms between the leg and tabletop and a horizontal force is applied to the top; sold at  RH galleries and outlets, and online on RH.com 
  • Bioremedy Infrared Sauna Blankets:  Can overheat,  causing burn hazard; sold online  only at Lifepro.com and Amazon.com, Walmart, QVC and Dick’s Sporting Goods 
  • Children’s HOMEAL Bed Rails:  Serious injury or death due to entrapment; sold on Amazon.com  
  • Cranach Hardware Plastic Tip Restraint Kits:  S traps can break or degrade, posing tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in serious injuries or death to children or elderly consumers interacting with furniture; sold on Amazon.com. 
  • DINBooonLUX 12-Inch Full Size Hybrid Mattresses :  Risk of serious injury or death from fire ; sold on Amazon.com 
  • Gunaito 10-Drawer Dressers:  F urniture unstable, if they are not anchored to the wall, posing serious tip-over and entrapment hazards, that can result in injuries or death to children; sold on Walmart.com 
  • Halloween-themed Skeleton Wax Candle:  Poses  fire and burn hazards; sold at Kroger stores nationwide, including Dillons, Fred Meyer, Fry’s,  Smith’s and King Soopers 
  • LEACHOI Bed Rail:  Could cause  serious entrapment hazard and risk of death by asphyxiation, also no hazard warning labels; sold on Amazon.com.  
  • Mom Genius Retractable Safety Gates:  Poses  risk of serious injury or death due to entrapment; sold on  Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Purchasingpower.com and Perpay.com. 
  • WLIVE Fabric 12-Drawer Dressers:  U nstable if they are not anchored to the wall, posing serious tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in injuries or death to children; sold on Amazon.com.  
  • WLIVE Fabric 16-Drawer Dressers:  Injuries or death to children, dresser  tip-over and entrapment hazards; sold on Amazon.com. 
  • YaFiti Fabric 12-Drawer Dressers:  Tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in serious injuries or death to children ; sold on Amazon.com.  

Outdoor Products & Offroad Vehicles :

These products pose a risk of fire hazards, serious injuries and death.  

  • E-Z-GO Personal Transportation Vehicles (PTVs):  R isk of serious injury and fire hazard; sold  at Textron dealerships and distributors nationwide.   
  • Knog Blinder 900 and Blinder 1300 Front Bicycle Lights:  R isk of fire and burn hazards due to lithium-ion battery; sold at i ndependent bicycle retailers nationwide and on Amazon.com.  
  • Milwaukee Tool M18 FUELTM Top Handle Chainsaw with either a 12” or 14” bar:  Laceration hazard  due to chain brake; sold at  Home Depot and other home improvement stores and online at homedepot.com, and other distribution partners. 
  • Model Year 2021-2025 Yamaha Golf Car Vehicles:  Risk of serious injury, or death, due to crash hazard;  sold at Yamaha dealers nationwide.   
  • Model Year 2017-2024 Yamaha Golf Car Vehicles: Brakes can fail, posing a risk of serious injury or death, due to a crash hazard; sold at  Yamaha dealers nationwide. 
  • Model Year 2025-2026 Ranger XP 1000 NorthStar and Ranger Crew XP 1000 NorthStar Recreational Off-Road Vehicles (ROVs) : Fire hazard and risk of  serious injury due to electrical short; sold at  Polaris dealers nationwide.  
  • Stealth and Covert Kayak Paddle:  Drowning hazard when paddle broken;  Sold at  4 Corners River Sports, Outdoor New England, The River Store, Alder Creek Kayak Supply and other stores nationwide and online at Wernerpaddles.com, Riversports.com, Aldercreek.com, Outdoornewengland.com, Theriverstore.com and other websites 
  • Vaast A/1 bicycles and frames : F rame can develop a hairline fracture near a weld, which can cause the tubes to separate, posing a risk of falling; sold at  various bike shops nationally.  

Children’s Products:

These products present a risk of fire, serious injury or death.  

  • Belivium Baby Loungers:  Product create s an unsafe sleeping environment for infants, posing a risk of serious injury or death; sold on Amazon.com  
  • Bellabu Bear Children’s Robes:  Product is flammability  and poses a risk of burn injuries to children; sold at  Saks Fifth Avenue stores and boutiques nationwide, online at Bellabubear.com, Letthembelittleboutique.com, Saksfifthavenue.com and other online retailers .  
  • Blossom Children’s Loungewear sets : Clothes  violates the mandatory flammability standard for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries or death to children;  Little Pineapple in Colfax, North Carolina; Once Upon a Time in Birmingham, Alabama; The Pink Pineapple in Clayton, North Carolina; Lily Jane Columbia in Columbia, Tennessee; Sweet Dreams in Madison, Mississippi; Joggling Board in Pawleys Island in South Carolina and Little Chunky Monkeys in Southside, Alabama; and online at blossomocc.com, littlepineappleboutique.com, onceuponatimechildrens.com, pinkpineapplenc.com, lilyjanecolumbia.com and shoplittlechunkymonkeys.com  
  • Bmrwtg LED Tutu Skirts:  Product contains lithium coin batt eries that can be accessed easily by children. When  button cell or coin batteries are swallowed, the ingested batteries can cause serious injuries, internal chemical burns and death; tutu skirts  also do not have the warnings required by  Reese’s Law;  sold on Amazon.com. 
  • Destination Holiday Glow Light Stick Bracelets:  Skin irritation hazard, if container leaks; sold at  H-E-B stores in Texas. 
  • Evermore Surprise Eggs:  Toy airplane inside the egg contains levels of lead that exceed the federal lead content ban; sold at 7-Eleven, Horizon, Speedway and Murphy stores.  
  • Generic Magnetic Balls 1000pcs : Toy can result in perforations, twisting, and/ore  blockage of the intestines, blood poisoning and death; Magnets, violate the mandatory standard for toys;  if swallowed, can attract each other, or other metal objects, and become lodged in the digestive system; sold on Amazon.com 
  • Grundens Youth Clipper 282 and Zenith 282 Jackets:  Can  cause death or serious injury to children due to strangulation; sold  Bass Pro Shops and other outdoor stores nationwide and on Grundens.com.  
  • Harppa 5-in-1 Convertible  High Chairs for Babies and Toddlers: Serious risk of falls to children and  deadly entrapment hazard; Sold on Walmart.com. 
  • Organic Cotton Pack N Play Mattress Dual-Sided Portable Baby Crib Pad:  Deadly entrapment hazard ; sold on Amazon.com.  
  • Pack-N-Stroll Premium Folding Utility Wagon :  Child’s head to become entrapped, posing a risk of serious injury or death, and  the utility wagon’s lack of a restraint system poses a risk of falls to children; sold on  Costco.com and cohooutdoors.com.  
  • YGJT Baby Loungers:  Can cause death or  serious injury to infants; sold on  SHEIN.com 

Electronics :

These products pose a risk of fire hazards and serious burn injuries.  

  • EcoFlow Delta Max 2000 Power Stations:  Product  may overheat and ignite, posing a risk of serious burn injury and fire hazard; sold on  Costco.com, Amazon.com and Ecoflow.com  
  • ESR HaloLock Wireless Power Banks:  L ithium-ion battery in the power banks can overheat and ignite, posing fire and burn hazards to consumers; sold on  Amazon.com (all models), Esrtech.com (all models) and Homedepot.com (models 2G520, 2G505B and 2G512B only) 
  • Kogalla Power Banks:  Batteries inside the power bank can overheat and ignite, even when not in use, posing fire and burn hazards; sold on  Kogalla.com.  
  • Scotch™ brand TL909-50 thermal laminator :  Burn hazard to consumers due to laminator overheating; sold in-store and online at Office Depot, Office Smart and School Specialty, Inc. 

Other Products: 

These products present fire hazards, serious injury or death from poisoning,  

  • Bio Ionic One-Inch-Long Barrel Curling Iron :  The barrel of the curling iron can snap and detach, posing a burn hazard to consumers, sold on  Amazon and Bioionic.com. In-store and online at Salon Centric, Ulta, Sephora, and Nordstrom and in salons and beauty supply stores nationwide.  
  • Dissolved Oxygen Test Kits: Product  violate the mandatory standard for child-resistant packaging because the bottle of sulfuric acid is not child-resistant, posing a risk of serious injury or death from poisoning,
